Never again
Agreed to change from KPN to Ziggo after door to door sellers came to my appartment and confirmed that I can get glasvezel internet and modem to my appartment. The modem that arrived at my home was coaxial, so after 2.5 hours on the phone with Ziggo, they told us that they bring the glasvezel to the street and then the internet comes with coaxial cable to the appartment. Mind you, that when searching on their website if glasvezel is available in our address and house number, it said that it is available. We finally cancelled and stayed with KPN. Out of the 6 people we spoke from customer service, only 2 of them were helpful.

Hello Anna, I am sorry to read that you have had miscommunication about our network. With our fiber optic cable network and SmartWifi you have a perfect connection to and in your home. We use a fiber optic connection up to our neighborhood cabinets and the last part is coax.
It's a shame that you have decided not to become a customer with us due to this miscommunication.
