Impossible to reach them
I purchased a ticket for an event on June 28, advertised as an adult weekend ticket. However, after the purchase, it turned out to be a child ticket—despite paying a price double the child ticket. I’ve been trying to contact TicketSwap via their in-app chat and email since then, but as of July 3, I’ve received no response. With the event approaching, I still don’t know whether they’ll fix the ticket, issue a refund, or if I’ll need to buy a new one. There’s also no other way to contact them, which is incredibly frustrating.

Stevig en makkelijk in gebruik
Stevig en makkelijk in gebruik. Ik heb een klein(er) appartement en het is een perfect bureau om op te zetten waar ik die dag wil werken. Na werk gaat de koffer weer de kast in. Vandaag in het park gewerkt. Meenemen en opzetten ging makkelijk. Ik kreeg veel bekijks in het park van mensen die ook zo’n uitklapbaar bureau willen. Zeker een aanrader. Betreft het gewicht: ik kan er prima mee lopen maar voor lange afstanden zoals vandaag naar het park is hij wel wat zwaar. Hij ging dan ook achterop mijn fiets.

Beste Carolien bedankt voor je mooie review en goed om te horen dat je hem met dit mooie weer ook goed in het park kunt gebruiken. We zijn momenteel bezig met het ontwikkelen van een nieuw type met een iets groter werkblad en in de vorm van een trolley zodat je hem op lange afstanden nog makkelijker mee kan nemen.

Bank where fraud is possible and no service
Someone has created a bank account at Bunq on my name with fraudelous activities. Bunq doesn’t want to give me any details. My friends might be victim of fraud too at the Bunq bank but they don’t even want to let us know if there is a bank account on their name. Without knowing if fraud has been commited we can’t press charges at the police. The procedures and service at Bunq are outrageous. I will never open a bank account with them.
