Unacceptable service Contabo.

I post again.
Used for over a year. Lately the service has been terrible. constant disconnections, some kind of repair work, the support service simply does not respond to tickets. more than 2 breakdowns per month and downtime more than 2 days a month, this is not found anywhere else. the last time they finished repair work, so they simply did not turn on the VPS after the end, we never found out what was already working. do not recommend! There is not even an answer to the requirement to recalculate the payment for downtime (apart from the fact that we lost some of our customers and paid for advertising on Google).

You don't do anything about it. I received an answer to my request after 3 days, which is simply unacceptable today. And the email didn't even explain why my VPS wasn't working for almost 3 days, but only the answer that everything was fine. It's just funny, but not caring. And as I indicated earlier, and at the moment, I have specified mine id, so that the trustpilot can see that I am a real user. after I take all the data from your service, which I could not do when it was not working, and I am doing now.
You do nothing to remedy the situation, because, this is not the first time, if you do not understand this, you will lose customers.
You are only complaining about the review that the trustpilot removes. this is my personal experience, all correspondence is saved in the mail, check your mail, about how long you answer, write that everything is in order, at the moment when the service is not working and etc.
and the last problem, all the snapshots just disappeared and there is no answer either.

I went to this ticket. the issue has not been resolved in these 3 days, you have not written to me or offered anything, you have not even answered my questions, so the review is still relevant. and in this ticket except "sorry" nothing. how else to evaluate all this? And apparently the positive reviews are wound up.

We are sorry about the troubles you went through recently. Also I'd like to apologize for the subpar support experience you had made. Admittedly, we're not providing the support we want to provide right now and waiting time for replies can be longer at certain times but the good news is that we're working on improvements and in fact the situation has gotten better compared to recent months. I know this does not help you right now having your own recent experience in mind but I'd like to emphasize that we are fully aware that we need to improve further.
