Fraudulent behavior like nowhere else

I have booked flights with many third party sites but this is by far the worst. It drought out fraudulent. They show low prices on their core but then bump them up by 50€ in the very last step saying that demand has risen.
They also don’t charge themselves so that you don’t get the cashbsck they promise you (airline charges your credit card)
After Ethel booking they started sending me emails about a fee for their platform I had not agreed to.
Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, the low prices aren’t real anyway.

SCAM ARTIST - Stole our mondey

On April 15 - We booked a day trip to Xplor. The offered us a great deal " So they said" We should up at fuego, and our tickets did not work. We had to buy new tickets at the door. I was sent an email that I would receive an email in 15 Business days. After 15 business days I reached out, I got a response it may take up to 20 days. 20 days went by, I reached out and got this ridiculous response " We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but we want to let you know that your refund is still in process because we had a failure in some banks that did not accept transfers but we are working on it. We'd like to ask you to allow us to continue with this process and within the next week at the latest we will be letting you know if your refund has been processed."

DO NOT TRUST THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY

I bought a trip with Best Day

I bought a trip with Best Day, flight and hotel… my flight was from January 15 to 20 …because of bad weather United Airlines cancelled my flight and gave me new dates to my trip (from January 18 to 23) since the first day Best Day told me that the hotel didn’t give an answer to change the dates. I called every day recieving the same answer. The same day of my new date of flight they sent me an e mail telling me that the hotel responded that they were sorry but they cancelled my reservation since the first day because I didn’t arrive.
Yesterday I arrived to Houston and I decided to go to the hotel because 2 of the already paid days are current (yesterday and today) and the hotel manager told me that they never made a reservation for me. The lady manager was so sweet with me. She showed me that a resevation was never done by Best Day. She told me that she was so sorry, even in her car take me (with my daghter) to another cheapest hotel) so here we are in this hotel buy we are not really happy here 😓 . I am very sad because I organized this trip for my daughter with all my haeart and we are not comfortable. This is not fair

POR EL BIEN DE TU VIAJE NO USES SUS SERVICIOS!
Realicé la reservación de un alojamiento en Puerto Vallarta con un mes de anticipación. Después de realizar dicha reserva me comuniqué a su línea de atención a clientes para confirmar que todo estaba en orden y me dijeron que todo estaba bien. Dos días antes de mi viaje el 29 de Noviembre me hacen saber que mi reserva había sido cancelada y sin previo aviso alguno a Bestday no le importan sus usuarios y así me lo hicieron notar al ser groseros cuando me comuniqué con ellos, hasta en tono de burla me respodió su el asesor, además no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa para arreglar el problema, solo me dijeron que me reembolsarían el pago, mismo que hasta hoy sigue sin verse reflejado en el medio de pago con el que había hecho la reserva.

I made a reservation for accommodation in Puerto Vallarta a month in advance. After making the reservation, I contacted their customer service line to confirm everything was in order, and they assured me it was. Two days before my trip on November 29th, they informed me that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notice. Bestday shows a blatant disregard for its users, as reflected in their rude response when I contacted them. The advisor even responded mockingly, offering no alternatives to resolve the issue. They only informed me that they would refund the payment, which, as of today, has not been reflected in the payment method used for the reservation.

I wish say 0 stars, the service is horrible, I pay for round shuttle from Cancun airport to resort and back to the airport. First nobody is waiting from you as soon you arrived at the airport, is horrible how all the another companies try to selling you tours and everything when you try to find where is located BD experience. Finally after walking outside out the airport you can find the stand with 3 or more people of this company do nothing more than tell you your transport will be here in about 20 minutes :( Really horrible service. If you require make a change it forget it you can’t find direct communication with them. The excuse always will be we are just the proveedor you need contact the agency you make the reservation.
In conclusion stay away of BestDay.

Horrible service waited almost 2 hrs…

Horrible service waited almost 2 hrs from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was not picked up waited 30 mins and when I contacted them they said I was a no show and to take a cab to the airport at my own cost. Drivers don’t already have their uniforms and company logo

This company is Otel.com. They stole money from clients and candles bookings without refunding money. I and many others had to fight tooth and nail to get money back... STAY AWAY ✋✋✋. Never ever book with this company. Also free cancellation means nothing to them....THIS COMPANY IS OTEL.... THIEVES.

This has happened twice to us with BestDay.com

This has happened twice to us with BestDay.com this year. We contracted for roundtrip airport to Secrets in Huatulco. Had to cancel both trips this year due to Covid and airline cancellations. Reached out multiple times to BestDay via email and phone to let them know about the cancellations and for a refund. Was placed on 'hold' forever and no reply to multiple emails about refunds. Once they get your $$$, kiss it goodbye if your schedule changes. Will not use or recommend them in the future.

They make false claims and don't expect to get what you ordered anytime soon

I ordered a mosquito catcher from an ad I saw on Facebook and after reading a representative from Bestday answering others questions. Several asked where the items were shipped from and each time the response was they would be shipped from one of their many locations within the U.S. I am now 4 weeks waiting for my item and received a tracking number that says its being shipped from China with no ETA. Lesson learned not to use these guys again!

Fraudulent scam website

I Pre-paid for our airport shuttle and they never confirmed or turned up!! We almost missed our flight. No response from their customer service. Absolutely terrible service. My advise would be to never book with BestDay.

Avoid Bestday.com - cancels your tickets and offers you to buy them again at a higher price

We booked flight tickets via Bestday.com flying with Aeromexico. Having received the ticket confirmation, we went ahead and booked lodging for our 9 day trip only to be informed that Bestday.com afterwards cancelled the paid and confirmed flight tickets. The flight route booked was not cancelled by the airline, and Bestday.com kept selling tickets for that same route, but at a higher price (surprise!). We can certainly not recommend to book via Bestday.com, which isn't replying to any request for justification.
