Review of Richer Sounds
The first person I spoke to (Jake) kept communicating through the journey of booking a repair, keeping me posted through the various stages.
The second step and person I spoke to (Celia) also did the exact same thing when the TV couldn't be repaired.
I feel it is a testament to the company that two different people both had excellent communication when dealing with me. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted them and the company to get recognition of the oustanding service they provided to me.
