Popped into the shop one afternoon for advice on a travel system, Lorna was so helpful and friendly and showed us a selection of prams. We were able to test them out in the shop and practice collapsing and unfolding them. Nothing was too much bother for her. We went back in a couple of weeks later to purchase our pram and Lorna recognised us when we walked back in which to us showed the extra care and attention, part of the reason why we then bought the travel system from them as well as wanting to support a local business.
