Trash company. Liars. Scam artist.

If I could leave a zero I would. Hired these fraudsters to build a website in October, 2023, nothing too complicated. It took them 2 months and countless upsells later to not even a skeleton of a website built. Every single time I called they would try to sell me something different, from saying the website I paid for all of a sudden was not one that would meet my needs. Upcharge number 1. Received a call in early January about a payment plugin, a one time fee of $599. That’s upcharge number 2. Keep in mind, my website construction has barely moved forward, just a few photos added to a framework that looked like a 5 year old built it. Here’s the final straw that killed my camel; I called to find out when I will have a working website at the end of January, 2024 and they had the balls to try to sell me an additional product! I told them to pound sand (I wish I had used those words, I was too polite), and said I no longer wished to do business with them. Thank god for credit cards; I was able to chargeback all of the charges and recoup all my money. Here are things the things for you to consider:
1. They do not answer the phone using their business name.
2. They do not assign a single point of contact to handle your website. I dealt with no less than 5 people.
3. I firmly believe this is a boiler room operation from overseas. The background noise was many people on the phone, with what sounded like middle Eastern accents.
Do your homework on these people before committing one single dollar to them!

Fraud company! Do not do business with them!

We hired this company to design a website for our company. We never received a website that would work for us and Sean kept telling us items that we needed for the website to try to "upcharge" us. We ended up spending $1500 and don't have anything to show from Atlanta Website Pros! Ended up making a site on Go Daddy for a fraction of the price and it looks 100% better than anything we got from Sean!

To top it off, I left a one star review a month ago. Sean called and offered that if I removed the review, he would refund part of what I paid. I agreed but still have not received a refund. Total scam! Beware!

First and foremost, they will reply to this review saying that they never did business with us as a rebuttal. Mark my words, this is their "strategy". And then they will post a few extremely positive reviews to push this down as far as they can from extremely happy people with super common names and businesses that don't exist.

Do your due diligence and look elsewhere. This company is part of a larger scam organization that has many different websites on the internet, varying from app development, website development, copywriting, logo development etc...

Their strategy is to get you to pay up front for services, when in reality, every self respecting and real design company will charge you AFTER deliverables, not before. They will bill you for things that don't exist without sending invoices, such as "PCI Compliance" and "Shopify Plus", the latter of which you can only purchase directly from Shopify. They will string you along as long as you keep paying, just giving you a little bit of hope that your work might be completed when in reality it won't.

Look up some of their previous companies that share addresses and phone numbers with them such as Webilistic on Trustpilot. You will see lots of reviewers posting how they got scammed by this company. I have a list of about 30 more that all resolve to the same phone number.

The team members also change from phone call to phone call. Most are named Steve, funnily enough. Steve Phoenix. Occasionally you will get Orlando Evans, or maybe even Alex Smith. Let's not forget Sean Beatty. Are you following the trend here? The reality is that this is a call center in India and they are using burner phone numbers to make it seem like they are located in the United States. I repeat, they are not. Look up their address, it resolves to somebody's home and not an actual business.

If you don't believe me, try to get them on a video call. It will never happen. They will also preface every conversation with a "This Call is Being Recorded" so they can try and state that you approved all your charges, even though you didn't when you inevitably file a fraud claim.

Also look at their portfolio of "satisfied clients". I contacted a few to speak with them and of course they had never heard of Atlantic Website Pros and had never done any business with them.

So yes, please avoid at all costs.

I'm not very good with computers, but Atlantic Website Pro made building my real estate website in Tampa Bay really easy. Their real estate Package suited my business requirements. My listings look beautiful, with clear pictures and easy navigation. Clients love browsing my website coz it is elegant. and I'm getting calls than ever before. Sean Marcus at Atlantic was fantastic. He was patient with all my questions and always took the time to explain things. He knows a lot about Tampa Bay real estate, and he used that knowledge to create a website that really sells my properties. I hired Atlantic Website Agency to make my Shopify vape store website, cuz they had good price and I saw some nice work they did. I had a lot of pictures, like 3000, and needed them all uploaded and the info for each one written up. Atlantic did it all, on time and right! the theme of my story is amazing, people always say how cool it looks. And ever since we launched it in October last year, my sales have been going up! Terrible company. It took them 2 months to give me a non functioning website with nothing that I repeatedly asked for. They won’t give me money back since I had to have someone else make me a website in 5 Days and it has all the things I asked them for. Anytime I would ask them for something to change Matthew simply laughs at me and doesn’t do it. Waiting for my money back. Don’t trust these people.

Atlantic Website Pros? More like Awesome Web Stop! building my shopify store with them was a dream come true. Unlike other companies who left me hangin' for days, Jay Anderson kept me in the loop, every step of the way. he answered my questions before I could finish typing them! I was in communication with someone from your organization . They quoted me a priced to build a website. I asked for examples of websites that you built he sent me three. I called the three of those websites and they've never heard of you guys. The gentleman that I spoke to called me several times a days trying to get my credit card information when I was talking to him the last time I could hear that I was talking to A call Center. Like you see on those how to scam a scammer videos.

ME: Stop f&*King calling me

THEM: My apologies for the unprofessional behavior you experienced , I have looked into it and we have terminated the agent who was in touch with you.
