I would give Armani exchange 0 rating if I could Misleading online shoppers
first time I ordered some jeans pants and without knowing they were outlet item and I could not return second time I ordered I made sure Before purchase, the jeans are not outlet however, after purchasing, they move the jeans to outlet item and refuse the return. I’m a long time Armani exchange customer over 20 years.
As I stated to the customer service, the website should inform customers before they purchase any item that this is an outlet item and you cannot return in BOLD FOUNT
They lost me forever. I am consulting with the attorney and I am in a process of writing a letter to the attorney general of New York.
