I bought an Anycubic 3D printer in August and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. A few months in, the hotend got damaged and the display cable was broken, but the customer service was outstanding! I just used the contact form and got a prompt and helpful response.
Support for new printer is lacking, return request ignored
Support for new printer is lacking. Response from support has eaten up 30 day return policy. They also deactivated my ticket for return request and think if they just don't acknowledge the ticket in their system that everything is fine. I am at 30 day limit now and will proceed with chargeback to my payment vendor.

I submitted a ticket through the website and had a response the next day. They asked clarifying questions about my issue and decided I needed a new extruder. I was given a link to verify my shipping address and my new extruder arrived within the week. There was a link in the email to the wiki with instructions for changing the extruder. I was able to change the extruder and get my printer back up and running.

Bought a new Kobra S3 Max in March. Intermittent problems and things got worked out anytime I've engaged with support. You just need to stick with the troubleshooting process: provide imagery and/or video to demonstrate the issue and describe things as best as possible. After a brief back-and-forth recommendations are made, parts dispatched when deemed necessary and supplemental links to show how to service the unit are provided. The only downside with this support is it can take the better part of a month to receive the parts from China. Im a hobbyist and my livelihood does not depend on the outcome so playing the long game is if no real consequence to me. Aftermarket parts are slowly starting to pop up so its getting more convenient in that regard. Very happy with the unit now that's it's dialled in and I've learned quite alot through the process. Huge print bed and relatively cheap for a multicolor printer. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into printing, is somewhat patient and willing to learn.

A couple of years ago me and my brother wanted to get into 3D printing, and anycubic's offerings seemed solid entry level options, and so bought the photon mono 2, which was new at the time (2023). It hasn't run flawlessly, but did run well enough, however, only 2 years later the LCD screen has died, which is to be expected eventually, so I ordered a new one through anycubic's website. However, after 2 weeks of waiting and messaging customer they then tell me that actually they don't stock it anymore (despite it being orderable on the website at the time) and then proceeded to do nothing but offer to refund me. For. A model barely over 2 years old, this is terrible service and a terrible life expectancy. I will never buy anycubic again due to the poor customer service and shelf life, as you never know when your product will lose support even if it's new.
Don't make the same mistake I did, listen to the negative reviews about their customer support. They will waste your time and then do nothing to solve the issue.

I had a problem with a part of my Anycubic Kobra S1 and was offered immediate assistance and a replacement part was sent to me. This is what you would expect from good customer support. I am really very satisfied with Anycubic products and also with their support.

I had an issue with my ace pro, after sending several video with any cubic engineer Gavin to identify the issue he quickly sent me the replacement part to replace the broken o e , it took a while as the time difference with China slowed down the process but the issue was resolved.
