Wow!! The Anycubic customer service was brilliant - They were so quick and helpful. They took the initiative to immediately sent out a replacement part free of charge. I wasn’t sure whether I’d go with Anycubic or Bambu to get started with my 3D printing start up.
I saw an interview with Dr. James Ouyang co-founder of Anycubic and his kindness, generosity and zen-like approach to democratising 3DP made me want to be part of their journey. My first experience with their customer service absolutely demonstrated these core values. 🙌🏼
