A complete scam, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. It is their own LLM, not Claude or Grok or ChatGPT etc, this is completely false advertising.

Just does not work
Just does not work. By mistake I signed up for a year and there is no refund.
It takes a good few hours to get character by character a reply.

Reading their fine print, if you cancel within 14days (applicable to long-term subscription) and have less than 10 messages, they would refund. - The 2 chats had a total of 2 and 6 messages/exchanges, respectively. - Still waiting for a professional response AND refund.

I paid to try it out big mistake
I paid to try it out big mistake. The system didn’t work, and no one responded to my emails.
Claims to be AI
Claims to be AI, but it can’t handle even basic questions. My refund request was completely ignored.
Looks professional at first
Looks professional at first, but the product itself is really underwhelming. Definitely not worth the cost.
The service didn’t work as expected
The service didn’t work as expected. Nothing like what was promised, and support never replied.
They’re using OpenAI’s name as bait
They’re using OpenAI’s name as bait. I’ve already started a chargeback and will keep pushing until this site is taken down.
I expected a ChatGPT like experience…
I expected a ChatGPT like experience based on how they advertise it. What I got was something completely unusable half broken, nonsensical, and clearly not powered by any real AI.
I’ve lost my money, but they’re going to lose a lot more once enough complaints pile up. I'm contacting legal support.
I needed a quick AI writing assistant…
I needed a quick AI writing assistant and was drawn to this site by what seemed like a clean, professional layout and a ton of OpenAI language. Their homepage references GPT constantly, and I assumed it was using real API access or something close. Once I paid, though, I was shocked at how poor the product actually was. The AI couldn’t even handle a basic email draft without freezing or returning gibberish. Worse, the UI was glitchy, the prompts were limited, and it felt like an unfinished student project.
After two days of trying to make it work, I gave up and sent multiple refund requests. Not only did no one respond, but the 'contact us' button leads to nowhere useful. This isn’t just bad business it’s intentionally misleading. They're riding on OpenAI’s name, collecting payments, and delivering broken junk. I’ve shared my experience with others in my industry and will continue to warn people. I also plan to consult a lawyer to explore reporting this under deceptive trade practices.
I was looking for a cheaper alternative…
I was looking for a cheaper alternative to ChatGPT. I stumbled upon this site and was impressed by the design and GPT branded language. It seemed like a great find. But it was all fake. The AI was broken, repetitive, and practically useless for any task.
The moment I asked for a refund, they stopped responding entirely. It’s not just misleading it’s criminal. I'm not letting this slide.

I've tested dozens of AI tools over the past few years, so I know what to expect from real GPT powered systems. When I landed on this site, it mimicked OpenAI's branding so well that I assumed it must be some kind of third party wrapper or partner service. They used GPT buzzwords everywhere, and I fell for it. The second I paid, it became clear this wasn’t even in the same universe as GPT. The responses were laughably bad generic, error prone, and usually not even relevant. It felt like I was interacting with an AI from a decade ago, not 2025.
They don’t respond to refund requests, and their support portal is just a dead form. They’ve built the entire funnel around conversion, not delivery. Once they get your money, you’re forgotten. This isn’t poor customer service it’s a calculated grift. I’ve already contacted my bank to begin a chargeback, and I’m compiling all communications to report this operation as fraudulent. This is not a case of unmet expectations this is intentional deception.
I signed up thinking this would be a…
I signed up thinking this would be a lighter, budget friendly version of ChatGPT. The website implied as much with constant references to GPT technology and 'OpenAI powered' phrasing. Everything seemed trustworthy, and the pricing looked reasonable. But after making the payment, I quickly realized I’d been tricked. The so called 'AI chatbot' was clunky, often unresponsive, and shockingly primitive in its ability to understand even basic questions. At times, it felt like it was pulling random words from a bag and pasting them into a sentence.
What frustrated me even more was the complete lack of transparency and customer service. They offered no real documentation, no way to cancel from the dashboard, and no way to speak to a real person. I attempted to reach out through every contact form I could find. No reply. It’s clear they’re just after the payment and have no intention of providing a legitimate product or service. This is digital fraud, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure others are warned.
I honestly believed the GPT branding…
I honestly believed the GPT branding meant something. It doesn’t. This is a trap a fake service using buzzwords to scam people out of their money. The AI is worthless.
The fact that they don’t respond to refund requests tells you everything. They know it’s a scam. I won’t let it go quietly.
This is not an AI service
This is not an AI service. This is a ripoff wrapped in sleek branding. They took my money and gave me a broken product that fails at everything it promises.
I tried to get help, but all my messages were ignored. I’m going public with this experience so others don’t get trapped like I did.
It looks legit
It looks legit, sounds like a real product, and even borrows OpenAI style branding. But once you try it, the scam becomes obvious. The bot is a useless shell with no intelligence behind it.
I’ve submitted a complaint with my credit card provider and I won’t stop until these scammers are shut down.
