I complained about their clients. They have aichatbot with hidden rules on refunds. Stay away from paddle !!

Just does not work. By mistake I signed up for a year and there is no refund.
It takes a good few hours to get character by character a reply.

I could not even pay with paypal. That tells a lot about how paypal thinks about this company. In truth, i should have looked here first.

I get at least twice a day calls, generally from UK, sometimes from Germany.
Some terrible sales person tries to tell me to buy something she can not explain and sell to people she can not identify.
I wish somebody would sent them back to their cows or mercifully shoot them, instead daily the same silly calls.
My list of blocked numbers keeps growing.

It is not strange that most reviewer only have a single review and have public random photos aka entirely fake accounts.

From the Emirates website I somehow got connected to Musafir. This was to book for a german lady visiting with her husband in UAE. After paying 305 dirham I got phoned that I needed an additional 1200 deposit. For some unknown reason this does not go by credit card but must be by bank transfer. Very inconvenient. After three tries I finally got the money across. Obviously they lost it despite more and more urgent calls as the flight was approaching.
With the end of the year looming I decided to take a more reputed agency who did not ask for any deposit and got a one day urgent visa (although this is for obvious reasons more expensive).
I have yet to get my money back.
