Product simply is NOT what was represented on website! Also a 10% restocking fee plus freight back.

Great item - beautiful and sturdy - however, every step of the delivery process was terrible. First, delivery took much longer than expected. On the website, it says items leave the warehouse within 3-5 days. FALSE. Second, my adult son was home to receive the delivery. Since I could not be there, I paid $185 extra for the items to be unpacked and for the packing lists checked for accuracy. FALSE. The headboard and footboard arrived but they sent the wrong side rails! So I could not assemble my new bed. I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over a week already. Third, trying to get their error fixed has been a nightmare. I have informed three people - in writing - of the situation. I've sent pictures and an explanation of the problem to three different people. NO ONE has responded or updated the status of my claim and it's been a week! I'm about to send the whole thing back for a refund. Unacceptable and infuriating.

The delivery service was AWFUL!!! Two guys who spoke no English (Hmmm) at first refused to umbox etc even though I paid for 'white glove' delivery. Then when done the simply piled up all the cardboard and Styrofoam in a large pile right at base of garage door. We discovered this the next morning as we tried to back out of driveway, It rained the night before and we had to go all over the neighborhood collecting our soggy trash from our neighbors yards. Ordering process was simple. We received our chairs within 10 days of purchase. The delivery team was delightful and placed the items in the room we indicated. Our recliners are beautiful and solid, and the sale price was by far the best price I have found for this brand (BarcaLounger) and model (Ashebrooke).

Customer service was very responsive to the request for service when the item delivered had a defective handle. I am confident that the resolution will be prompt and complete.

Good quality & communication

You buy a couple of counter stools for $437, but you don't like them for some reason. You try to return them by calling them, and you come to learn that it costs ~ $195 to ship it back to them PLUS 10% restocking fee. You ask them how come this shipping fee wasn't revealed upfront and the answer you get is that "you should have called us before placing the order".

The website is easy to navigate and provides enough information to make an informed decision.

My purchase was delivered very quickly. I almost ordered the table from a different company but their shipping charges were outrageous!! You offered free shipping and even though your price was higher the shipping charges from the other company far outweighed their lower price! The table top has a couple of divots in it but I suppose that is just the nature of the wood.

AFA has a huge selection of furniture and prices that can't be beat. Plus, free shipping. This is my third furniture order with them and I couldn't be more satisfied. Communication is great and delivery puts my furniture right into the garage for me. I only wish I had found them earlier.

I was pleased with the table I received, and with the order process and communication throughout! Delivery went flawlessly as well.

They have great sales and the website is really easy to navigate. They kept me informed every step of the way and scheduled the delivery on a convenient date/time. Most importantly, we love the desk and chair, it completes our bedroom!

Tried to cancel the next day due to delivery date.
Website said 1 week it came 30 days later.
Now I replaced it already and have to return the rug and pay $550 in delivery fees.
This is unacceptable customer service.
