Ordering process was simple. We received our chairs within 10 days of purchase. The delivery team was delightful and placed the items in the room we indicated. Our recliners are beautiful and solid, and the sale price was by far the best price I have found for this brand (BarcaLounger) and model (Ashebrooke).
