Just shop from Jan and Jul instead

I recieved only the Wild & Chic - Non-Slip Baby Shoe-Socks pink polka in size 19-24Months US 6-7 free from buy 2 get 1 but did not get the other two I even paid for which was Dinosaurs & Unicorns - Non-Slip Baby Shoe-Socks pink unicorn in size 3+ Years US 8.5-9 or Neutral Stripes - Non-Slip Baby Shoe-Socks neutral pink in size 2+Years US7.5-8. I contacted 2tinyfeet twice about needing Dinosaurs & Unicorns - Non-Slip Baby Shoe-Socks pink unicorn in size 3+ Years US 8.5-9 instead of what I accidentally ordered first time a day after my order April 14th and second time April 21st and they never replied, sent me the corrected size, or even the wrong size I accidentally ordered. 2 stars/5 because at least I got something but disputed this for my money back because they're ignoring me.

No shoes or answers after 3 months

I placed an order in February 2025. I received an order confirmation, and a few days later, a shipping confirmation with tracking. After a month, the tracking site showed the shoes still hadn't left China. I emailed customer service to inquire. No response. The following month, nothing changed, so I email customer service again. Again, no response.

It is now May, and I have never received the shoes or any response from the company.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. I placed an order three weeks ago and I have sent them numerous emails and messages through their facebook page and no response. Even their webpage contact info is non responsive. If the company can't deliver their goods or have a decent customer service to address customer concerns, they should not be in business. All parents out there, be aware of the legitimacy of this company.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star

Doesn’t deserve 1 star. I placed an order three weeks ago and have heard nothing since. No replies to countless emails and messages on their live chat. I will be opening a dispute with my bank to attempt to get a refund as it doesn’t look like they will be fulfilling the order. Stay clear.

They require the customer to pay the exorbitant return shipping fees to China if you’re not satisfied

Stay away from doing business with this company. The shoes look great and seem to be a good quality, the problem for me was two fold. First, my son has a normal foot width, yet their very cute Neutral & Knitted Breathable - Non-Slip Baby Shoe-Socks will not stay on his feet because they are too wide.

On the website it states “The 2 Tiny Feet Happiness Guarantee - If you aren't satisfied with your new shoe-socks, we will refund the purchase price. Yes, we're that confident!”

They do not honor that guarantee. I spent $76 on shoes. They want me to pay the return shipping fees to China which I looked into - it would be $46 at the cheapest. Obviously 2 Tiny Feet does not spend that on their own shipping costs or they wouldn’t be making any money. But they won’t provide a prepaid return slip. They did offer 15% refund (but $11 is not even close to being enough for not being able to use the shoes) or they would provide me with another pair. The shoes did not fit my son so I definitely don’t need another pair.

It’s not worth trying to find the right pair of shoes if you have to pay return shipping fees to China. And you can’t trust a company when they don’t follow what they post on their website about their Customer Guarantee.

Keep your money or at least spend it on a US based company.

Never arrived - probable scam

Order placed 9th December. Still not received any shoes by 17th February. Customer services responded to my first email (sent after about a 3 week wait) in very generic terms, but have not responded to subsequent emails requesting a refund. Baby will grow out of shoes before they arrive (if they even exist!) Have had to lodge a dispute with Amex to attempt to get a refund. Please do not use this company - seems to be a scam.

Ordered shoes over a month ago

Ordered shoes over a month ago. Still haven't received a shipping notification and customer service has only answered 1 of my many emails. Will not be ordering from them again. Such a shame because I've ordered from them in the past without any issues.

AVOID! Beware of return costs!! Terrible customer service!

I wouldn’t have purchased these shoes if I would have known! And now customer service are blanking my emails.

Brought 3 pairs a while ago. Waited over a month for them to arrive, tracking wasn’t updated and shoes were delivered late. 1 pair was too small so after contacting the company to return this pair I was told that the buyer would have to pay for postage costs and would have to send the parcel tracked. WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU IS THAT THE COMPANY IS LOCATED IN CHINA, AND TO RETURN PARCEL COULD COST £18.00 making it pointless to return as this was the price of the shoes in first place.

They then try to keep you sweet by promising to send you a new pair of shoes instead, which you never receive! It’s been over two months for me and still waiting for this pair to arrive, despite emailing trying to chase them up, I have not been responded to.

In regards to the shoes themselves I’m not sure if they were worth the money, one shoe I brought was basically just mesh with a rubber sole and cost £20.00.
I think this company simply just has good advertising and a good promo video to make them seem like a trusted company. Other than that I would look to buy my toddler shoes elsewhere in future.

Please avoid it you can and buy your shoes from elsewhere it will save you a headache!

Shady, shoes great but company shady

I thought it was a small company based in Australia, but everything is shipped directly from china. I received my shoes after a month and I was surprised to receive them at all after looking at an extensive amount of reviews. A lot of people never even receive them. That could simply be the method of shipment to blame perhaps.

I received three pairs of shoes, and tbh they're alright. They don't smell chemically, they feel durable and soft and worth the money.

It's a good job thought cos to return them I'd have to pay shipping which would cost the same price I bought them.

My honest review of the company is to avoid, they are not transparent and seem more like a drop shop company. I would just go elsewhere and research where you're buying from before you purchase. I usually do but got carried away.

Honest review of product, they're good. They seem like they will do a good job, they weren't expensive, and they're very cute. None of the shoes feel poor quality tbh and my niece has been wearing them with no issues.

Overall, I'm disappointed that the company is so shady, because I'd genuinely buy these shoes again, each size up, but I don't think I will risk it again. I don't know if I got lucky or what, but I had bad feelings about it as soon as I read reviews and found out where the items will come directly from.

Outrageous shipping time

It has been 1 month and I am STILL waiting for my order. They did not ship for more than 2 weeks... and 2 weeks after that they have just now entered the US. Who knows when they will get here - and if they will even fit my baby anymore. Unless you can wait over a month for your shoes to arrive, go somewhere else. absolutely insane.

Wish I’d checked on her first for all…

Wish I’d checked on her first for all of the below reasons! These are actually dangerous and a child could easily break their ankle in these!! I’m now stuck with 2x pairs of terrible shoes which I can return or sell on!! Looks like my daughter has gained some shoes for her dolls!!

STAY AWAY - International Shipping Costs to Return!

Incredibly disappointed with this purchase. The shoes ship from China, which is fine, but they were too big and the company doesn’t offer free returns… meaning if you’re not in China, you’re going to be responsible for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING costs.. so you’re going to waste the same amount you paid for the damn shoes (or more) to ship them back. Stay clear of this company!! We preferred working with Tiny Explorings much better.

Ridiculously slow shipping, product not received.

Order placed 28th September 2024. It's now 5th November 2024 and, despite me chasing, I have still not received my order. By the time my order arrives (if it ever does!) I'm expecting my baby will have grown out of these. Shame. It looked like a good product, but ridiculously long shipping times will likely render it useless.

Long wait for a more cheaply made product than expected

Placed an order on 1st Oct and received the shoes on 24th Oct - be aware of this kind of wait if you’re considering an order. My child won’t be in these for very long. The confirmation email said 7-12 business days not including 1-3 days processing time. So I think this was still within that window but this wasn’t particularly clear until the confirmation email.

They arrived in a plastic ziplock style bag and seem comfortable enough but far more cheaply made than the price point. The soles are soft and the colour of the sock material is vibrant but it’s frustrating when a company is highlighting their consideration of children’s foot health so much, but then essentially selling what seem like mass produced shoes after heavily investing in targeted Instagram advertising. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Nice shoes but sizes vary and return is EXPENSIVE!

The shoes are lovely but the shipping takes quite a while and their sizing is ridiculous. I ordered 2 pairs the same size, one fitted, one didn't, to send them back is at your own cost and to China and so that alone costs more than the shoes are worth.
Really disappointing for what could have been handled so much better.

Avoid the scammer

Same experience as others. No updates on shipping and it’s been almost a month since I placed my order on 6 Sep. Email chasing only leads to useless generic “we are trying” “will get update for you asap” messages. I will try to contact my credit card to cancel the order. This is a scam.
