If onTrac is your courier, assume the worst. Beyond parody.

This company is run by the most incompetent people i've had the displeasure of dealing with.
1. They have no phone support, you will spend days talking to a virtual agent who does nothing to help other than gaslight you.
2. The "specialist" support staff calls you to assure you, but its nothing but more gaslighting, but just in person.

They've failed to delivered 3 packages now to my address. And there is no way to talk to contact anyone directly. The online sellers use this service and as a customer i'm just a third party to onTrac, so i assume they don't GAF. So i'm here trying to raise public awareness and add to the million reviews already highlighting what a dumpster fire of a company it is.
Shame on you ontrac, and I feel sorry for everyone who happens to come in your way (both the sellers and their customers).

There is no customer support

There is no customer support. Asked for a return within 30 days, and there is no response from the company.
Looks like a shady business with no accountability.

Refund policy is terrible

I booked a Qatar airways flight from USA to India through Oojo.com. Due to the coronavirus restrictions in India, I decided to postpone my travel, and asked Oojo for cancellation and refund. To my surprise, they asked for a very $250 "cancellation fee". I check with Qatar airways, and they were offering free refunds to me, but I could only get it through my agent (Oojo.com). I expected Oojo to not charge me such hefty fees since the refund was essentially free, but they made it very hard for me to get the refund. I eventually ended up paying $75 as cancellation fee. I think I went through an unnecessary struggle here, and so I wouldn't recommend this travel agency for booking flights.
