Had a little glitch in my order.  Company very responsive!!!  Went over and above to correct the problem.  Great service!  Great product!

Just very easy to water and take care of.

I went online to order a 20ft faux beam and faux iron support brackets. At checkout the shipping cost came up as $1100!!! I stopped the order and called to ask if that was accurate. Due to the length it would have to be delivered on a semi. The guy who answered was amazing. He saw that I was ordering the faux brackets and suggested getting two 10ft beams and using a bracket to cover the seam. This option dropped the shipping cost to $200. The beam is installed now and is gorgeous. You cannot tell that it’s not real wood. It looks amazing. This was a fantastic experience with both the product and the customer service.

I ordered Emerald Petite Arborvitae and they arrived in 2 days.  They were the most beautiful color and in perfect condition.  I was skeptical at first, but when I opened the box today, they were just gorgeous and healthy. The box was in perfect condition. They were tied down properly. The soil was moist and they were just beautiful. I would definitely order from this company again.



Jead was very helpful when I requested to change the order to smaller size shed. He was prompt in actioning it quickly as well.
