We had spent the day shopping in Birmingham, came back to the Travelodge to get ready, then went out for the evening. We had asked for an extra fan for the room and this delivered to our room whilst we were out in the evening. That was great, until we realised that 3 expensive makeup products that we had purchased that day were no longer in the room. I emailed Travelodge to tell them things had been taken from our room but they said there was nothing they could do. Literally brand new makeup, worth £80, gone! I hate not trusting staff, but there is no other explanation. So disappointed with their response. £80 is nothing to a company that size. I won’t be using them again.

When we drove to the address of the parking space, all spaces around the property were permits only. I rang the owner of the space who told me that someone had set up an account in their name (scam) But then told me to park anywhere cos no one ever checks permits round here! We didn’t want to chance it, so we eventually found a parking space elsewhere. I rang JustPark to tell them immediately after. They told me they would remove the space from their website and give me a full refund. A week later, still no refund. So I emailed them to find out where my refund was. I received a reply saying they could not give me a refund but could try and contact the owner of the space on my behalf to see if they would give me one! Ridiculous!!!
