Our experience of Panache Cruises was good when we were booking cruises with them, spending money, etc.

However, when we actually needed their help, their support, SILENCE. Promises of getting back to us. Still waiting. The issue remains unsolved but hey, they have our thousands of pounds.

Quickly it became obvious that the wonderful slogan of theirs, "Nothing is too much trouble" is merely words. Zero substance behind it.

Sure book your cruise through Panache Cruises but hope it doesn't go wrong, because they aren't going to give you the support you should receive (or frankly the courtesy of communication), and there are many other agencies who will.

As you'd expect, they work hard to reduce the offer online. We were prepared to be taken down slightly, despite completing the information accurately, which the chap at the unit agreed we had. Still, they found a way to offer us 30%+ less. Their justification? The engineer based somewhere else heard something on the recording of the engine. The car had wanted for nothing. Let's face it, we all know their game, but their greed and tactics were not appreciated.
