Atrocious Quality Control

I wish I could give this site more than one star, given its potential, as it’s one of the better platforms of its kind, especially with that Stake bonus. Unfortunately, I can’t do that since they and their partners are still owing me over $350, which is almost 70% of my earnings. I understand that tracking issues happen and it’s not necessarily their fault, but it’s not my fault either, and they seem to have no urgency to investigate the matter despite the high disputed balance. There’s no explanation, notification, or email if your ticket gets rejected either, it’s almost like they want you to forget about it.

It doesn't matter if you have a million screenshots or streamed your entire gameplay live, or if the game data is actually stored on the advertiser's server where they can actually verify the completion easily. No amount of proof would be enough if the advertiser lies about it. And Freecash does not dare to stand up to their advertisers. As a user, you have absolutely zero say and control over your progress.

The site also affiliates itself with infamous offer walls known for publishing slop games that never track on higher levels, or blatantly lie about rewards and bans you for questioning them. Examples include AdGate, Torox, and CPX Research. It's also rather convenient for Freecash's own tracking to suddenly have a tracking rate no better than a coin flip, when it worked perfectly for the first month. Almost seems like it's intentional, even.

Frankly, it’s really disrespectful when customers spend hundreds of dollars and hours completing a task, only to have the payout rejected because the advertiser doesn’t want to pay. The lack of action from Freecash to advocate for users, investigate, or pressure their advertisers only fosters this terrible quality control. Until I’m properly credited, I cannot, and will not, change my rating.

Hi Alex,

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We understand how frustrating it can be when an offer doesn’t credit as expected.

While we partner with a variety of providers and sometimes don’t have full visibility into why certain credits may be denied, please know that we’re here to help you resolve the issue.

We encourage you to reach out to our support team at support@freecash.com or use the 24/7 live support link at the bottom of Freecash.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and escalate the matter if necessary.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Best regards,
Doreen

Review of CPX Research

Banned for simply submitting a ticket

CPX used to be my go-to survey provider since they typically offer more high-paying surveys than its competitors, but that's a thing in the past.

I finished a survey worth $4 just to get disqualified upon successful completion. So I submitted a ticket and was told that "I took too long" to complete it. If it was more than an hour then sure that's understandable, but saying that 18 minutes is too long is just unreasonable.

But OK, that was just $4, it left a sour taste in my mouth but is certainly not the biggest deal in the world. Until I noticed that I am no longer getting any surveys from their platform after this incident. They told me that their advertisers have "chose to exclude me", which I call BS. First of all, it is very unlikely that all of their clients would elect to ban me all at once. But more importantly, I am doing these surveys through a 3rd party platform, so my profile should be the same for CPX and any other survey providers. Yet, I am still able to complete surveys by the same clients through other survey providers, even though they have apparently excluded me!

If you are going to ban me, at least be honest about it. The only upside is that they tend to pay slightly above average (until you inevitably get unfairly banned, anyways), and their response time is quick. But that's probably because they ban anyone who opens a ticket immediately afterwards.

Shady and fraudulent company. All my homies loathe Torox

Fraudulent and shady company. They never pay for offers completed successfully and according to the terms. And when you submit a ticket with undeniable proof, you'll have a to wait for weeks before getting a generic rejection email where they clearly did not review the ticket at all. Instead of actually paying like they should, or at the very least try to investigate what went wrong and fix their tracking, it's just easier for them to steal your money and automatically reject every ticket. At least offer walls like AdGate actually pay (sometimes).

Never ever bother with Torox unless you want your rightful money scammed by this garbage company.

UPDATE: They claimed that it was a "mistake" and reimbursed me. They sure did by only giving me a dollar, when the entire offer is worth over $10. Despite sending full proof for the entire offer once again, they refused to pay out the remaining offer.

Even worse, they tried to take down this review, despite knowing that it was a genuine experience by replying and sending the $1 hush money. And thanks to Trustpilot's slow ass review system, they were successful for 2 weeks. But truth can never be silenced.

If you still bother with Torox after seeing this review, then don't come back crying after they steal your money, reject your tickets, reply and claim that it's a "mistake" then refuse to credit you, and take down your review because it exposes them. You've been warned.

Hello,

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Your ticket was initially rejected because, with the information we had at the time, it didn’t appear to be a valid completion. After reviewing it again, we realized that rejection was a mistake, and we’ve now approved it so the reward has been credited.

We take responsibility for that error and want to make your experience better. While mistakes can happen, what matters most to us is making sure genuine completions are rewarded, and we’ll continue improving our review process to handle situations like this more smoothly in the future.
