The box for the new item was a little damaged (however the shipping box was not). But other than that, I pleased with the transaction.

Regarding the box condition, boxes can often encounter minor wear and tear from the manufacturer, shipping, and storage. This may include a small corner dent, minor tears, and wrinkles on the box lid. These issues are often uncontrollable and as such, we may be willing to still accept and verify the item.

DO NOT ORDER!

DO NOT ORDER!

After reading high rated reviews, I placed an order and recieved a reciept. After waiting the maximum timeframe (3 to 4 weeks), I attempted to use the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of the receipt. The link took me to a webpage that was only an error message. The link never worked and I lost my money.
