I do not recognise a majority of the negative reviews.
Personally . I can honestly confirm without prejudice, it appears to me there may be a Witch-hunt afoot. Or:
Indeed very disturbed individuals being supplied a free taxi ride to condemn 24/7 Radio cars in Acocks Green potentially...
I can reassure those critical judgemental trolls, writing negative reviews, or whether the service was as bad in an earlier period, it most certainly a very high standard of service since I was introduced to them through a friend whom highly recommended 24/7, when I had a large shopping and other items again very large items.to be delivered to my.local public house over 4 mile away. But i was honest about what I needed delivering Be honest with the number of people, or packages and as they were in boxes my friend also declared what needed transporting, was not concealed items just domestic and commercial items. No concealed unkosha.things.
There drivers are exceptionally respectful. We casually chat and respect each others views, opinions and religions, or none as it sometimes happens. Either way they are undertaking supplying a service and running it and managing a Private Cab service is very hard work, juggling all the problems both in the office over the telephone, processing incoming hiring and negotiating drivers and their issues.Etc. Then there is the Switch operators. Or trying to get the bodies to fulfill busy session ad Driver report in sick, or their cars as a shredded tire, or more more significant damage caused by the sheer cliff face drops we refer to as Portholes...
Talk to thier operators with a little more respect. We are all supposed to be Human Beings. Do you sleep at.night? Or why are many treating their staff with such contempt? Are you using the pronoun or referring to your label as an animal of some kind perhaps???
So why not respectfully and considerately speak in your soft and effective communication and tone it down quite. Respect does not in my experiance need to be earnt, but given first. Try being polite and curious. Then you'll find a high majority of people will respond in kind. Calmly and none challenging. In other words respect begets respect back...
The cars are very clean. 24/7 is punctional and always the driver's meter figure is always lower than the quote given, if asked formwhen booking the taxi. The drivers bend over backwards to satisfy their Customers by going the extra mile. Their fares are exceptionally competitive. Cheapest and most.effecient Service by far....
So why do many condemn the drivers
and/or the Company?
Keep up the highly, positively, good works and these highest services by far.
Be very proud for all you achieve has many are simply not interested in writing reviews, but give positive feedback when asked by myself. Maybe consider undertaking a Survey asking for a short yes or no answers, supplied by Switch at office or Drivers upon job completion. It would be good to get uptodate feedback by answering Yes or No questions. Shorter the better before boredom, or other negative conditions kick in???
No other company provides.or have i received over the last couple of months, such highly bespoke wonderful Services. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who requires a taxi. (Like I did last Friday as I know at least three people made the call to this company attending City Nightlife.).. They as I, are sufficiently impressed. .Thank you and may God bless you all.

We cannot buy increased goodwill. But a negative review is saddening and disabling in its self. Highly disingenious, if proven untrue is libellous!!!
The damage unfortunately it does for our Businesses can be beyond measure. At least 24/7 respond to over 60% of all reviews. This is a challenge in itself. Especially at busier times...
