A very poor service

A very poor service. As I had the audacity to voice my concerns in store and their staff basically tried to bully me and intimidate me as an NHS Customer, it was their staff whom caused the scene and I just spoke the truth. Something that abusive people do generally through an undeveloped playing field of zero tolerance towards verbal abuse. There is no level playing field here...

They them made the decision to intimidate me further and embellish the facts sending me out a nasty, confrontational letter unsolicited and confirmed they had deregistered me from their Services.

GOOD WORK SCRIVENS.

I APPLAUD YOU FOR MAKING MY CLAIM AGAINST YOU SO MUCH EASIER TO WIN...

The Directors can expect my letter before Action and my intention to gain s Judgement against rhe Company. Your Managers appear to have no understanding of what Goodwill looks like and how easy it is to gather the evidence against you, the COMPANY...

HOWEVER MUCH THIS IS GOING TO COST ME. I WILL BE EXPECTING VERY SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGES...

SCRIVENS STAFF HAVE TREATED ME APPAULINGLY AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO BRING YOU DOWN.
AS CONFIRMED YOUR MANAGERS ARE STEPPING ON THE TAUL OF S SNAKE...

BAD AND FOOLISH MOVE!!!
I AM HAPPY TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY DAU TO CHALLENGE YOUR PRACTICES...
