Poor after sales experience

The customer relations team has obviously not read my email. I ordered x2 types of chairs. The fixings for 1 chair was incorrect and an extra was sent for the other type of chair. I just needed a set of the correct fixings sent. Hopefully my 2nd email will be read and I can build the remaining chair with the correct fixings

dreadful customer service

After 58 minutes of waiting to get to speak to someone the customer service operator could not verify who i was so couldn't take the conversation any further with no other alternative provided to get a resolution to my problem. Really poor from such a large company

Cameron Wyatt was our Epos Call handler who setup our till which was quite a difficult procedure due to an additional till, change of company and other matters.
