Dreadful shirt and company.

First order, first mistake, first and last shirt!
How I wish I'd read these reviews first. Received the shirt ok, not as blue as it looked, but the fit, XL Standard Fit, is terrible. I'm 6ft, medium build, weigh 14stone. The shoulder/arm seam sits on top of my shoulder and the sleeves are nearly tight on my biceps and forearm. I'm no gorilla or even muscular, but this is ridiculous! Awful fit after drawing the line under dropping quality from CT I expected better for £40, £35 +£5 for delivery.
So with their 'warehouse' fee of £3 it's cost me eight quid to find out they mis-describe their sizes and send out close cut cheap cotton shirts! Not happy.
They also state you need to wrap the shirt 'as it was'! You're kidding me!
Tried to phone 4times. Horrible American woman accent. Four times it cuts off after ten minutes!

As a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged that the handling fee will not be charged on your return. Once your shirt is received back in our warehouse, you will receive a full refund of the product, without any additional deductions.

Item sold, withholding funds.

Item sold, packaged accordingly, Royal Mail decided there was a problem and requested the buyer collect.
Buyer collects, parcel not recorded as delivered. Buyer extremely happy with purchase, messages me to say so, leaves glowing positive feedback.
Ebay keeping funds for full 14days even with knowledge of what's happened.
I've spoken to half the Philippines trying to get the funds before but they won't budge. Absolute stupidity etc etc.
To top it all, because of all the strong negative reaction to the existing system we now get paid within 24hours of the sale!!! And that notification came up on the screen to mock me when I opened ebay! Give me strength... and an alternative to poxy ebay.
I've been selling there for 20years. It's never been this bad before. Use other sites, please.
