I was not aware I had subscibed for a monthly service which is almost $80.00 AUD per month. If I had of known I would not have used the service. I am retired and do not require this service regularly. I had one document I wanted to re-order the pages for a friend. I paid a fee $0.99 AUD that I thought was for that service only. They did not send a reminder that a fee would be charged. I did not use the Online Service in the time I paid for. While the business replies quickly, they advised nothing could be done until a response from Paypal was finalised. I felt this was a delaying technique. They have multiple PDF businesses and are a SCAM.

Great service, good quality product, easy to use software, very happy with the value. Excellent way to share photos from a holiday. Highly recommend Photobook Club.
