Received a parking ticket when I had…

Received a parking ticket when I had paid the full £20 24hour parking fee - ticket was allocated whilst I was parked in a legitimate parking bay which PCM said was not classified as such! There is no proof and no signs by the parking bays to confirm this!
Absolute FARCE of a company - absolute Thieves! Customer Service Team have no empathy apart from racking in as much money as possible through any means! The parking inspector even sits and watches residents park their cars and issues unlawful tickets before the FREE 30 minute session is up!

Never runs on time after morning service

Out of the past 6 weeks commuting journey in the evening have 90% DELAYS.
Long queue times, especially with large 'unsupervised school parties' causing mayhem on piers and boats!
1hour of horrendous experience every single work day with so many long delays and daily cancellations. I have had enough and have decided to revert back to using DLR... the joyous experience in the morning commute is simply overshadowed by the God Awful evening one. On average a 1hr 20min commute is nearing 2hours every day now. One was 2hours 30 mins recently too!!! It's awful now 😢
Every new timetable released too just cuts the service further! It's a shambles!!!
The newest live app is a farce too. Today it said my boat was 15mins away, then got to pier to find out it was eta 41mins. What's the point of a live app when it's NOT LIVE OR CORRECT!!

Cannot fault this company or their service offering

This was the 5th time I've used AnyVan and they didn't disappoint. From a long distance 150mile large furniture move to a local London East to West furniture move I couldn't fault their service/live tracker or their van drivers. Every single one of them have been extremly professional, helpful and very courteous. I would use them anytime and rate them as one of the best. 5* reliable, 5* service and 5* prices.

OMG... outstanding service! I ordered 2 garage storage racks and they were delivered 48hrs later... unbelievable service and the price was outstanding too for the quality. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Bought a 10ftx8ft Yardmaster shed from Argos at cost of £575! only to find when its put together that its 9ft x 7ft! FALSE ADVERTISING!

Now that is just for starters! it took 3 grown men literally a day and a half to put it together! it states 4-6hrs for 2 men! NEVER in a million years!

Nothing lined up! different screws had to be used and drilled in holes leaving the pre drilled holes redundant!

Have a feeling at the first sign of Rain its going to be like an overhead showerhead!

Absolute pile of poor quality twisted metal!

PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE SPENDING THIS KIND OF MONEY - RIP OFF doesn't even come close and Trading Standards should look in to them for FALSE advertisement and Misrepresentation!

ARGOS should even cut their ties with them!

The weather has turned and we have had some heavy rainfall over the past two weeks, and guess what! half the shed is WET inside! absolute worthless £575 pile of Cr*p! am now going to have to reconsider making it waterproof somehow! URGH! PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY A METAL SHED FROM YARDMASTER!!!!!

Nothing to do with Stansted! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
My car had over 25 miles added to the clock! they take car offsite and park in an unsupervised place! no one would even confirm if it was a secure park area or where it was! 25 miles on my car clock!!!! WTF! Have they been using it for personal use! Car given back in a filthy state, tyres muddy! looks like it had been parked on a field!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Misleading and false representation

Be warned ⚠️
The wording misleads you to think you are booking Meet & Greet at Stansted.
It's is not!!!
We were told to go to Orange Car Park but details on booking say Meet & Greet! We got turned away at 4am this morning to be told to go to Orange Car Park where an attendant told me my car was going to be taken off site up to 40miles away!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!! No where is this mentioned! That's why they ask for 30mins notice before arrival and pick up! Then charge you the min 10.00 to get in and 10.00 to get out of car park!!!

This is absolutely false misrepresentation as people who have used Stansted Meet and Greet before think they are booking the same and would therefore not read all the POST sale small print!!!

They should change their name as London Stansted Meet & Greet is true one, Stansted Meet & Greet is offsite! Miles offsite!!! It's absolutely farce!!!!

The cost is actually more too than other genuine one when you add on 20.00 car park and fact they are driving your car miles offsite! Trading Standards might have something to say about this too!!

ALSO! having reviewed the wording in their small print, it does not mention car being taken offsite or where the supposed secure location is? the T&Cs are sparce and do not give any granular detail!

I took photo of my car mileage and when it was returned, there was over 25miles that had been driven! just exactly where did they take it? no disclosure about anything!

SHADY OPERATION and should NOT BE ALLOWED to operate at Stansted! I had a very rude Customer Service representative speak to me on the phone! he would not answer any of my Qs about where my car had been parked for the 2 days I left it at Stansted!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Also, on their T&Cs it states that your car will be waiting for you providing you give them 20-30 minutes notice! THAT IS A LIE! We phone them and it took over 40 mins for them to return my car, IT WAS NOT WAITING FOR ME! We had to wait over 15 minutes even after exiting the airport! THIS IS NOT A MEET AND GREET SERVICE! Its a slightly cheaper option to official Meet & Greet but your car is NOT SECURE and it will have a lot of miles added to your car! The driver innocently told me my car had been parked in Elsenham, which is less than 4 miles from airport, but there was over 25 miles on the clock, so where had they driven my car?? and more importantly, was it SECURE at all times!!!!! When no one will give you a straight answer, that implies something suspect and sinister is going on!
They should be BANNED from operating at the airport until they PRIOR DISCLOSE BEFORE BOOKING where you car will be parked and how far away it will be? and PROVE it will be in a secure compound!
