Everything arrived as ordered

Everything arrived as ordered, and the frozen items where still frozen 🥶 🙂.
I do enjoy the dressed lobsters from Berwick Shellfish, which we have had several times now. We also had some nice sashimi grade tuna with this order too.

Arrived Damaged, poor customer experience.

VERY POOR: The item arrived damaged, there is no telephone number, the one listed on the invoice is a recorded message saying no longer in use. Forced to email and wait at least a day from a response, then every return email to answer the question about returning it, results in another day minimum for a response, took 4 days of emails to just return the item. Returning also a failure, no text message from DPD on the morning of the supposed collection, as stated they would. Also no collection either on the stated date. So yest another email with a delayed response.
Very poor customer experience.
All these companies are subsidiaries of Screwfix (Connect Distribution Services’ online trading brands, which include sites such as eSpares, BuySpares, 4OurHouse and the Connect Trade Portal). So limited options to expect better results. as they are all the same.
