Ordered a biggish order on Wednesday received next day. Upon opening my order part of a Coord I had ordered was missing the top. Contacted customer service straight away and was offered 50% refund but I asked if I could have the missing item sent out instead. Agreed and was sent next day delivery so hopefully should arrive tomorrow.

I would not recommend this company based on our recent experience. Communication has been poor throughout, and we were ultimately let down at the last minute. We were told a travel cot could be hired, and I had been chasing repeatedly to make payment and confirm everything. After all that, we’ve now been told—far too late—that they can no longer fulfill what was promised.

This kind of unreliability is incredibly frustrating, especially when planning around young children. A real letdown.

Straight forward from start to finish. I was skeptical about receiving the amount they stated due to some negative reviews. However, they paid out the amount they stated from the start. Sent phone Tuesday afternoon & received funds in my account this afternoon.
Will definitely use them again in future if need to.
