Service support is dire

Driver was supposed to deliver 2 items, only delivered one and used their photo of only one item at proof of delivery for both. Everi complaints refuse to accept the issue because the BBC driver proved she was at my house on the day she said she was.
Absolute disgrace of a company in terms of service support.

I made an error when ordering which was spotted by Marc who then chased up to ensure I got what I really needed.
Excellent customer service, quick delivery and saved me quite a bit of money as well.
Highly recommended.
