Worst company I have dealt with

So I have emailed, called, gone into store in person and left a review. Still no contact and still no sofas. Absolutely no idea when I might even hear back let alone have something to sit on. The absolute worst customer service I have had I can only recommend to shop literally anywhere else other than this company. I hope I will be getting some decent compensation considering they have had thousands of pounds off me with no product and no response as to why it hasn’t been delivered. For reference it should have been delivered months ago.


I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL CONTAINING THOSE DETAILS, YOU HAVEN’T REPLIED. maybe if you spent some time checking said email, you wouldn’t write so many of these copy and pasted replies on here…

Don’t expect to get your sofas within 6 months

So I bought sofas outright over 3 months ago. I was told the longest wait time would be 10 weeks. I have just had an email to say I won’t be getting my sofas by the end of this month so well beyond the 10 weeks promised and they can’t even give me a date when they’ll be ready. This is ridiculous considering the amount of money I have spent and I have had no furniture or even communication for over 3 months now.


Edited to add: followed their introductions to email but have been completely ignored so all communication with this company has been ridiculously poor.
