Their products and software is amazing, but support don't keep their words

First, let me say this, a lot their products are amazing value, and their software is kind of great.
But I encountered a situation of support being not very honest with me.
I found 2 major bugs in their giveaways, and I wanted to report it to them, but made sure that they agree first that I won't be punished for the bugs, and I will be rewarded if the bugs are legit.
And they agreed, but after I reported the bugs, they said that they will work to solve them.(but their still present)
And after that they ghosted me (and didn't give the promised reward)
And also they didn't honor their promise that I won't be punished, they ip banned my home from their giveaway platform.
And by the way, is not that I haven't tried to contact you, it's that every time I do you end up ignoring me.
And my main issue isn't the fact that I was banned, it's they when I asked for help in explaining it to gleam support I didn't get an answer.
And I wouldn't like to say what kind of bugs I found, but let's say that one of them was really worth thousands and could completely break the platform, but I was still dismissed like nothing.

The new user promotions don't work

I downloaded the app after visiting the store for the first time, after winning a new user reward of 800ils in store credit, but even after installing and setting up the app I didn't get anything in store credit.
And even going to support didn't do anything to resolve it.
And now support is claiming that they just can't fullfil the promotion that they promised and was the reason I downloaded the app on the first place
So I deleted it and would recommend not to install the app for the new user deals, since it seems to all be fake

They don't have even a bit respect for bug reporters

Basically, I was participating in a giveaway that used their service, when i discovered a gotcha that using two accounts, could generate theoretically infinite entries (not specifying the bug for obvious reasons)
Now I tried to report it though both the giveaway hosts and gleam directly, both sides me that it was being taken care of.
After a day or two I return to check how stuff are going, but I discovered that instead of rewarding me for the responsible but report, they ip ban me and my brothers accounts, even though I went out of the way to report the bug to them.
It wasn't a big discovered on purpose, it was a bug discovered by accident that allowed me to transfer entries between accounts and reset them, effectively making infinite entries.
And I reported it, but still got banned for the bug.
And by the way, my report was from way over 14 days ago, I sent the report at august 7th
I didn't do it like that, I told attack shark exactly what I was doing in their stuff do they can remove my test entries.
And I would like to continue this talk so we can resolve with, gleam, but I think that it would be better if we talk about this privately since I wouldn't like to reveal any details that may help other's exploit the bugs I found.
After I sent this they seemed to have just ghosted me, and My account and my brothers accounts are still blacklisted.
And by the way, I didn't try specifically to exploit the giveaways, and actually shared the email addresses that I used with attack shark, the ones who hosted the giveaway, so that they can ignore the stuff from my bug testing

Thanks, but you were suspended automatically by our systems 14 days ago for this and your initial email was asking why you were banned, it's not something we consider a bug - duplicated entries are automatically invalidated and by continuing to exploit them across 7 accounts you were subsequently banned.

Also pretending to be a "Bug Tester" whilst actively trying to exploit campaigns will still get you banned, you created 5 new contestants after your initial report and continued to try and exploit the system for more entries.

Shipping is kind of, well,a nightmare.

The lenses took over a month from when I ordered them to come,the delivery tracking wasn't good, and they were kind of hard to install.
But that being said, once you get the lenses in(as long as you get the magnetic ones, or don't want to ever remove the click in's) they do provide a great experience for a really reasonable price.

The site is very buggy

The site is very buggy, the support is very slow, and also very unfriendly, and even though the site says in multiple instances that the refurbished quest 3 gets Batman Arkham shadow, they don't give it, and blame the user for the site issues.
Update: at the end they have me the game. but just know, the site is very(it seems purposefully) confusing about the Batman Arkham shadow deal. but let me make this clear, they don't give it with any refurbished headsets, even if it says otherwise on the refurbished product page.

Great site learn about mobile devices but takes some time to master

The site is very useful for comparing the specs of phones and keeping up with news and leaks about mobile devices, but for a newcomer the site isn't very clear about regional differences (for example: I had a friend who bought a Redmi phone based on the specs on the site, but he didn't know that there were like 4 different page for devices with the same name(thanks redmi🙄) , which wouldn't be that bad, if it wasn't fixed on other device pages like those for the poco x7 pro)
