Their products and software is amazing, but support don't keep their words
First, let me say this, a lot their products are amazing value, and their software is kind of great.
But I encountered a situation of support being not very honest with me.
I found 2 major bugs in their giveaways, and I wanted to report it to them, but made sure that they agree first that I won't be punished for the bugs, and I will be rewarded if the bugs are legit.
And they agreed, but after I reported the bugs, they said that they will work to solve them.(but their still present)
And after that they ghosted me (and didn't give the promised reward)
And also they didn't honor their promise that I won't be punished, they ip banned my home from their giveaway platform.
And by the way, is not that I haven't tried to contact you, it's that every time I do you end up ignoring me.
And my main issue isn't the fact that I was banned, it's they when I asked for help in explaining it to gleam support I didn't get an answer.
And I wouldn't like to say what kind of bugs I found, but let's say that one of them was really worth thousands and could completely break the platform, but I was still dismissed like nothing.
