If I could rate this company a negative I would. DO NOT EVER BUY from this company. The pictures on the website are glamorous and entices you as do the prices. However, the quality is poor, the fit specifications are totally off. But the worst part is when you try to return the product, this is where everything becomes a scam. They tell you to declare the value of the products being returned at $10 so that they are not responsible for customs duties. Well I tried to do that but the courier would not budge on the return until I produced actual receipts. The product was then refused by the company (because they did not want to pay the duties) and then subsequently destroyed by the courier. So when I took this up with the company they washed their hands of responsibility and offered me at 20% refund. Their return policy is inconsistent and not transparent. You will see from the comments in Trustpilot they tell people they will pay for shipping and also refund. I paid for shipping (to no avail because the package was destroyed - not to mention bearing long distance charges from the courier company trying to contact me while I was on holiday regarding the customs taxes to which I said I would pay them). And now no refund will be processed because they said the product was not returned. Well, duh, there is no more product to return because of them! They lack corporate resposibility. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They have no morals.

I wish I could this company a negative rating. DO NOT order from them. They have rapacious, usurious and unfriendly business practices. I ordered an over $1200 dress and was told it would arrive within 16 days. I had an event they knew about and they assured me the delivery would be on time. It took 19 days. The event was missed, the dress was useless. I then said I needed to return it and they proceeded to tell me they processed within their internal processing and that international shipping was not their fault. Well then why publish the shipping table at all! Unfair people. I did not want their store credit as I felt it was good money after bad. They said I did no qualify for a cash back because they processed within their timetable even though the shipment was delayed by 3 days. So they gave me a cashback in then end but then took off 20% for restocking!!! What a scam! DO NOT touch this company. It took more than a month of negotiating just for them to give me 80% of my money back and they deduct their own shipping fee and I of course had to pay for the shipping back.

They were quick to act on my application and they listened to my issues and handled my case with care and concern. Well done!
