I have put In a request for withdrawals in April of this year and that request is still pending. Why are they not processing my request? Also I have not been able to talk to anyone with. Phone calls I make go to messaging and no one calls me back. I am hereby requesting them to call me and clarify what is going on. Mahdi

I am withdraw money from my Alpcaps acccount but I am getting a runaround. They have accused me of laundering money and they want me to pay them to check on me. When I asked the manager to show me the correspondence from the bank, they still have not sent me anything. My research shows that Alpcaps in not regulated by any organization in Canada. It seems they are scammers
