Didn’t deliver the package, didn’t even ring the doorbell but said that they missed me. What is the point in paying for delivery if they not even try to deliver? Basically scamming by stealing money and not doing what you paid for. Really disappointing and customer service doesn’t help either. Give automised replies which don’t help a bit. Really really disappointing that such a huge company has such bad service. And based on all these reviews, Im not the only one experiencing this and yet they don’t bother to improve

Bezorger heeft niet het fatsoen aan te bellen. Hele dag thuis gewacht op mijn pakketje, 0 keer aangemeld, en opeens melding “we hebben je gemist”. Slaat toch helemaal nergens op. Klantenservice is ook nier bepaald behulpzaam. Allemaal geautomatiseerde antwoorden met 0 antwoorden die helpen. “Ik kan je niet met zekerheid zeggen..”. Waar betaal je voor?

Nooit aangebeld en bezorging bestempeld als “ik was niet thuis”. En nooit meer gereageerd op mijn mail. Zeer ontvreden!
