Really good follow up with James

Really good follow up with James, the contracts manager on Brantham Heights who got the snags sorted and organised really quickly. Good communication as well.

End to end perfect

From the first phone call through to the end delivery Bournes were amazing. Julia was thorough and so helpful, whilst both teams that removed us and delivered to our new home were not just professional but really nice guys. Took the stress out of a stressful time and would highly recommend.

Survey

Required a quote to remove, store and onward move. 90 minutes video survey with an agent based who knows where. His connection was rubbish, demonstrated how to pack a TV with a bit of paper, then produced a quote 4 days later than stated without quoting the onward move despite my clear instructions. What a waste of my time. Not an experience I want to repeat and if that is their introduction to the company, god knows what the rest of the service is like.
