Sign up last night managed to get a tiny win normally I wake up and winning be paid from other sites but still nothing nearly 12 hours late? Games played ok big bass was not good at all but fishing frenzy mega ways played ok I will update my review when I get my pay out

I signed up and couple of months ago and withdrawals do take a long time my first one only took 5 hours then second took about 12 the 3rd took 36 hours and then 4th took minutes….. I stupidly put on last night took out less then I put on as it just wasn’t playing nearly 30 hours later I don’t have my withdrawal online chat just repeat themselfs don’t talk to the the payment team have no way of talking to them!? I going to put it down as I not going to get this withdrawal with how long it’s taking and will probably get a email tomorrow asking for documents witch is crazy when they paid out before I will be closing my account down and taking the loss this time


Update I got my withdrawal after waiting 46 hours I have now closed the account down and also done a email to confirm I don’t want a account with them since the reopened my account last time please people go else where there’s plenty more out there that don’t mess around with your money!!

One of the worst online casinos I know ( and trust me I played in a few ) I am down £3k and not ONE bonus!? Please tell me how this is right!? I will not be putting one more penny in this site I will go else where….. and yes gambling is a a win and lose but you don’t play on something and lose every single time

So I put 80 pound more on and did £1 spins and got one bonus and just won my money back so I withdrew it and tonight I thought maybe it was bad luck yesterday £1100 later and when I say dead spins it was dead spins and if I got a bonus it was paying £12 r £15 on my last £300 I managed to get back up to £1000 span to £900 and just took the £200 loss as better then £1100 I since closed my account it’s one of the worst casinos I have played and I played alot!!!

Started off good my first deposit withdrew ( only £20 up )went in 12 hours second withdraw took nearly 24 hours ( was up about £300)
3rd withdrew just took what I put on as wasn’t really playing well took about 14 hours

4th withdrawal been up to 36 hours and still no pay out!? Was literally what I put on again Been on live chat they just seem to copy and paste what ever you ask them

Stupidly I put on again this time £300 but cashed out £400 went on to chat and they said withdrawals are fine and will take up to 5 days!? I said it states 72 hours and they said it’s since been updated I not holding my breath I will get my pay out it seems they let you have a couple of pay outs then just don’t let you have any more!? Will update once I have a withdraw r if they block my account witch they seem to do to everyone

I received my money at 12.20 after emails I will NOT be putting back on this site I have NEVER known anything like it when it comes to pay outs and the live chat they pick and choose when they want to be active on it! Very poor customer service and very poor pay out times

I write honest reviews and it’s hit and miss really took me £150 to get a bonus and paid very little I tried a lot of different games on £1 £2 £3 spins a lot of witch was dead spins…. Gambling is gambling you win some you lose some and that I completely understand you can’t win every time but I think giving a bonus every now and again is not a lot to ask for!? Keep you playing and enjoy I didn’t find my experience very enjoyable and the pay out seems to be taking a while ( took a loss and withdrew less then I put on ) but I didn’t want to chance losing it all but as sites are I wouldn’t rate this the worse I just wouldn’t rate it the best

Before signing up to any site I always read the reviews and this had meanly good ones but the bad ones always stand out BUT i went with my gut and put money on :) I was winning then lost ( that’s gambling for ya lol ) then put some more on and won 🏅 can I just say Ebba you have literally had me in stitches with your reply’s 🤣 🤣 I honestly put on more cos of your reply’s I never laughed so much in my life but everyone on a serious note this is gambling you win some you lose some and it’s knowing when to stop and when you say enough…. This is seems to me genuine and I got my pay out within 15 minutes all together all good 😊 and Ebba please be nice with your reply to me haha I don’t think I can handle you haha

Avoid playing online it’s almost impossible to withdraw your winnings email after email and still no one is getting back to me joke of a website it’s like they have a old system don’t even have a number to ring them!!!
