Arrived Broken, No Reaction

I got a broken lamp because it wasn't protected properly. I provided photo evidence and sent everything to support, however, it's been a while and no one replied or contacted me.

Edit: They did get back to me after approximately two weeks to arrange a refund or sending a new lamp and this time I received it properly protected.

Very late delivery

I ordered something for my trip on May 5th and the delivery was set for May 8th. I was travelling on Sunday, so it still had some leeway for delivery. However, the package was delivered on May 15th and I didn't get an apology or anything like that, just You delivery is ready to pick up. The stuff is of course all in order, but do keep in mind that those delivery estimates they give mean nothing and they definitely do not hold up to 'Express levering' they mention.

Excellent Deodorants

The deodorants are doing a really nice jobs and overall they have lovely scents. The delivery comes on time and I've had my cases for years and they are still functioning really well!
