Very late delivery

I ordered something for my trip on May 5th and the delivery was set for May 8th. I was travelling on Sunday, so it still had some leeway for delivery. However, the package was delivered on May 15th and I didn't get an apology or anything like that, just You delivery is ready to pick up. The stuff is of course all in order, but do keep in mind that those delivery estimates they give mean nothing and they definitely do not hold up to 'Express levering' they mention.
