I purchased window blinds from Kwantum in June 2025. The measurements were taken by their staff, and I was assured delivery within four weeks. Based on this promise, I planned my holidays accordingly.
Unfortunately, the blinds arrived after five weeks—already a delay—and to make matters worse, the size was incorrect. Since July, I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service to resolve the issue, but I’ve received no response whatsoever.
This experience has been deeply frustrating. I expected better communication and accountability from a company like Kwantum. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service standards.

I got a broken lamp because it wasn't protected properly. I provided photo evidence and sent everything to support, however, it's been a while and no one replied or contacted me.
Edit: They did get back to me after approximately two weeks to arrange a refund or sending a new lamp and this time I received it properly protected.

I had ordered curtains for my windows and installation. The first time the guys came to intsall, one of the 4 curtains was missing. The installation guys told me that ive to contact customer service.
It took me forever to reach customer service and when I did, they told me that its lost. So they had to place a new order and a new installation date. This date was one more month from the original date of installation and 3 fricking months from the date I bought the curtains.
The curtains were finally supposed to be installed today as scheduled but NOBODY showed up. I called the contact and they asked me to fill in ANOTHER form.
This is the single most APPALLING and INCOMPETENT service that ive ever availed and I paid close to 900 euros for this. Its unbelivable. I will lodge a complaint with every consumer forum in the Netherlands.

We used the service of customised curtains and paid for them to get measured in. The advisor was friendly and made an offer based on random colours. After checking, I confirmed which type we wanted and the advisor confirmed to pick it up. I even check if I should order them myself or not. Upon installation, we received the wrong curtains. The person installing the curtains said we need to get in contact with customer service and he was not able to support us.
Now we have been trying for a week to get in contact with someone from Kwantum and are not able to get any reaction from the customer service.
The curtains are good quality but now with our experience, I would really think twice before ordering from here...

An Incompetent company
Ordered 6 items and 2 are still missing.
Yet they were all dispatched the same day and kwantum told me they will all be delivered on the 22.03.25
No responses to any of my emails.
One of the tables was also damaged yet it was boxed up neatly, which means the product enters the boxes damaged. As there was also red marks on the white table.
Listen I'm not Dutch, so I'm letting you know now I will make an appearance at one of these stores if someone doesn't pull their finger out.
Because what I noticed about these dutch shops and their customer service. They are very relaxed and don't seem to want to help.
I don't want to hear I am sorry this happened. I want someone to pull their finger out and have this sorted ASAP.
Il be taking this further as iv been speaking with ConsuWijzer.

I placed an order on March 6th but still order status hasnt changed and unfortunately i havent recived my coffee table. Does it take so long time or is there any problem with my order? I’ve tried to contact several times with customer service however i havent had any responce from them.
