They accidentally gave me a 6,000sc…

They accidentally gave me a 6,000sc bonus and then took it back when it came time for me to make a redemption request, understandable. I attempted a total of 10,000sc withdrawal and they denied it and took their 6,000sc back and credited 4,000 to my account. They informed me they were doing so. I continue to play and attempt another redemption for a total of 8,000sc. They denied that one as well and took another 6,000sc and credited 2,000 to my account. Customer support gave the same story both times. The bonus was accidental so they wanted their 6,000 back. Problem is they took a total of 12,000 and keep closing out my support ticket before I have a chance to reply
