Great program with Great support

The program is excellent. You start out easy and the exercises get progressively more difficult, but never too much so. I've had a couple of snags I needed help with and the support team has just been fantastic!

SeniorLady!

I am a senior lady so some nuances in technology evade me, however the support team at Fit Me has been so polite in assisting me with my "bugs", lol. The program gives me flexible and moving easily, restoring my strength and balance. I am very happy to recommend this program for senior ladies like me!
