I received order today stayed home so I could open it immediately unfortunately order was partially thawed so I called and the girl told me I could refreeze it. I’ll find out when I do make them. If ordering from lobster guy make sure you asked for extra ice packs. I hope all goes well for me. Reorder 4 lobster tails from another company got great service all tails came in frozen solid. Will order from second company from now on.

Fast caring service. Had no problems with this company standing behind their products. I also was impressed that people actually answer phones instead of automated prompts with minimal help. I recommend this company and would give 10 stars if possible
