Poor experience with poor support

I bought a few tennis strings which had not arrived after 4 weeks. The status always showed in Transit at International Departures. I emailed support with no responses. I would not buy anything from this company

A very poor service

My experience with this service was terrible. I initially booked two sessions per week, but things went downhill from the very start. The therapist failed to show up for my very first session. When I decided to switch therapists, I couldn't even schedule the two sessions per week that I had already paid for. Despite countless attempts to resolve this with their support team, they were completely unhelpful and failed to fix the issue. This service is a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—there are far superior options available.
