Still waiting for refund, no contact

I have been waiting over two weeks for a refund, I have chased this multiple times and start my getting an AI response.. impossible to speak to an actual customer service team. Just want my money back!

Ordered two dresses that didn't arrive…

Ordered two dresses that didn't arrive in time, I've been trying to organise a return via email and they are refusing to do so, and are trying to make me accept a 20% return to go away.. Now ignoring my emails. Absolutely awful company!

Slow, awful customer service

Ordered some bedside tables and drawers nearly a month ago, we are past the estimated delivery date with no updates at all despite trying to chase over email. Not sure what's happening, can't get any communication or update from them.

This past year, we’ve grown rapidly, with our teams working hard to bring you more products than ever before. As part of this growth, we expanded into a second warehouse a couple of months ago to improve stock availability and dispatch times.

Unfortunately, the transition didn’t go as smoothly as we’d hoped, and unexpected shipping delays have added to the challenges, resulting in a backlog and dispatch delays for some orders.
