Our Chiropractic office started using Fortis pay a couple months ago. Jeffery Winters helped get us going, it was a smooth transition. He has always been there to answer any questions. Fortis pay is easy to use, and we love the ability to send invoices when needed.

While getting an account created is somewhat difficult for someone who has no knowledge of coding. I do find that the rates are very low compared to other companies for sending appointment reminders. Chatting with a representative is quick and easy but speaking to someone on the phone is a little more difficult. They would rather you use the chat system.
