Had an issue with the Lian Li Lancool 207 computer case I bought (severe humming from all fans across multiple wide range of rpms) so I submitted a product fault return request. Provided video/audio of the issue and it was promptly accepted. Return labels issued rapidly followed by rapid delivery and refund processing.

Customer service is most robustly tested when there is an issue, and AWD-IT knocked it out of the park.

Blinds weren't packaged very well to minimise damage during delivery, and a part ended up damaged. However they were willing to provide a replacement part free of charge which came very quickly.
