Want to return 2 things and wrote 2 mails to PLT to get an Info how to return. No response since more than one week and after reading all frustrated customer posts I don't believe ever receive something.
Keep away from this Shop as customer service doesn't exist.

Terrible, say the cut off for next day delivery is ‘midnight’… never turned up, waited in all day. No email to say it’s out for delivery. At 7PM on day of apparent delivery, the AI ‘customer service’ says ‘The order is currently marked as processing with items still pending shipment, but the expected delivery date is today. This indicates that the shipping process is underway and your order is scheduled to be delivered by 9PM today. Sometimes, the system updates the shipping status slightly after the parcel is already in transit. Please allow until 9PM for your delivery to arrive.’
So they’re still processing the order at their factory yet recons it’s going to turn up still… yeah right, how’s the order being delivered exactly, a witch on a broom flying through the sky…. Won’t be ordering again.

They used to hire customer service staff from UK before sacking them all for profit and now the ‘customer service’ is provided by someone in another country, barely speaks English and doesn’t understand customer service. Worst decision PLT have ever made, even worse than their rebrand because you CANNOT get a reply for over 2 weeks now and when you do it’s completely irrelevant and doesn’t help your query. PLT HIRE UK STAFF BACK BEFORE EVERYONE STOPS SHOPPING WITH YOU!

Would give 0* if I could. I placed an order and an item was missing, tried to contact with no luck on every single platform. I returned some of the order so marked it as I did not receive and they have not refunded the item. I have used plt for years but this has put me off completely!! Taking peoples money is not the way to fund a fast fashion brand, better customer service with Shein!

The exchange policy has changed due to amount of return they have lol! their fabric is so cheap and nasty ! Stealing money from venerable people cannot even get a reply from the team ! The customer service is so poor ! You will be waiting 100 days for a response back on email.

I ordered a black lace leather midi dress in size 12, but instead received a black high neck maxi dress with completely wrong labelling. I contacted customer services immediately and have heard nothing back— it’s been days and still no response.
I paid for next day delivery, which included free returns, but when I tried to return the wrong item, it tried to **charge me for the return
Since I needed the dress for an event, I reordered the same one — again with free returns included — and guess what? They sent me the wrong dress again! Now I have two incorrect dresses that they’re trying to charge me to send back, and I still haven’t heard a word from customer services.
Honestly, this has been such a stressful and disappointing experience. Lesson learnt — I’ll never order from PLT again

I purchased a gift card for my niece in January and when she attempted to make a purchase it said the giftcard is linked to a different account. When i contacted the customer service they said The gift card is not linked to a different account , it's not showing as redeemed yet. The email address where you send the gift card to does not have an account with us yet so the recipient will need to create one to redeem this.
This is not the recipient ail but the sender's.
Tried all this didn't work. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't issue one as I have gone past 28 days. Evetytime I message customer service they take 10 days ti respond. No money back and we are in October. The biggest con.

This company is awful never buy from them, I order a next day delivery it didn’t show up for over 3 weeks I contacted them on the day it didn’t show up as I was moving out of my address 3 days later . Even after expelling to over 7 different customer people they still did nothing to help me, in the end the parcel was delivered to my old address over 3 weeks later ! I cannot get the parcel sent to as I don’t know the new owner and I have left the UK but they are saying they won’t refund me or help me in any way. The worst company ever
Missing 5 items from order
Missing 5 items from order, parcel appears to have been tampered with and re-taped up. Parcel also contained 2 extra items I didn't order. Contacted customer services on Facebook and emailed directly and had no update in over 2 weeks.
Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service, they only processed half the items I returned. When trying to contact them theiugh email there is no response, and you can only chat to a bot through messages or via instagram. Very disappointing service and will not be using again
Ordered matching top and shorts
Ordered matching top and shorts, when I received the order I received two tops instead. The top was put in a bag labelled shorts as well. When processing a refund I have to pay to send it back although this is their error. I have tried to contact customer services across 4 different channels and have not had a reply despite waiting several days. Disgrace of a company no customer care.
