Snail paced fulfillment of orders
Whether it's this company or royal mail
I have no idea
Ordered on Sunday
Still waiting to hear about my order
Did managed to find out though eventually royal mail have sent it to Chelmsford not to my actual address in Cornwall
Marvellous
Whether it was sent out correctly in the first. Place
I am still trying to find out
Four days awaiting information on items paid for is not great at all

Just to clarify, your order was placed on Sunday and dispatched the very next day on Monday, fully within our scheduled fulfilment times. We dispatch all orders the same day, Monday to Friday, and this one was no exception.

The delay and misrouting to Chelmsford lies entirely with Royal Mail, not ourselves. We understand how frustrating this must be, but once an order leaves us, it is in the hands of the courier. We are currently following this up with Royal Mail to understand why it has not been delivered to Cornwall as intended.

We pride ourselves on a fast and efficient dispatch process and regret that this situation—caused by the postal service—is giving a different impression.

I just despair

I just despair
Earlier this morning
I logged into my bank
Or rather tried to
Didn't work
Just told I should reset my details
That was at 1100 it's now almost midnight
The whole system isn't working
No matter what I do
Nothing is happening
How can they treat me like this
What really really really has annoyed me
Tsb won't offer any help at all.
Worst of all the phone number they wanted to send a Code to me
I have never even ever heard of before
It wasn't my phone number
So where did they get that from
What has gone wrong with tsb online on Saturday
Totally hopeless this bank

Just hate this company
Wish I never ever heard of them
And I don't want to ever again
Great just marvelous that they decided to change the date my monthly payments had to be paid by
Without even have the courtesy to inform .me before hand they were bringing the date forward

Terrible company

Terrible company
Brought a gift card as a present
The card was faulty.
Despite efforts with apple to resolve this they have been no use at all
In fact they have been very happy to supply faulty goods and take money for no goods supplied
Customer service has been laughable if I hadn't lost money here
Terrible
Avoid this company I think
