I have purchased product from a vendor on 7/16/2025, the deadline to arrive was 8/20 at the latest, I bought through this platform because it states buyer protection, I requested a refund due to not arriving on time and because as of 9/3/2025 I still have no tracking information I requested alibaba to step in and issue a refund, they keep telling me to be patient and wait, I’m not sure what’s the point of a deadline or buyer protection because neither exists. Poor customer service with any issue, when switching plans, I was lied to by employees just to keep me at a higher monthly plan

I have bought glasses from this company for 4 years with no problems until last month, I received my glasses I’m unable to see for reading or distance, I had my optometrist verify the glasses were correct prescription they are not, the company is in the process of making new glasses

It didn’t work from plugging it in, I’ve been in contact with company I’ve requested a refund and id like to send the product back and every response is we are working with our technician the latest reply is we would like to offer you 37.00 for a diffuser that cost 150.00, I would like a refund and to send the product back

I purchased a vehicle was viewed as 675.00 at 100,000 miles also stated the car ran/started with keys, once purchasing the total out of pocket was almost 2,000- once getting the vehicle had my mechanic come pick it up and the head gasket was blown, there was water in the engine, moral of the story don’t buy from any auction and also once you purchase the vehicle you have 2 days for pick up after paying for them to transport, they take 1-5 days to pick up the vehicle so after the 2 days grace period you are charge 50.00 to 100.00 days a day until the company that you paid through this company pick the vehicle up. Would not recommend this service to anyone
